essential-oils 1Daily applications of essential oils in Biblical times was common and was used as medicine for illness, to balance emotions, and as nutritional supplement.  They were even used to case out ‘unclean’ spirits.

Our Creator has provided these plants and oils for us to heal our bodies, minds and Spirits, through the smallest molecular components of Mother Earth.  Essential oils and aromas are the original source of healing used in combination with Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology, and ‘Hands On’ Healing or ‘the laying on of hands.’

How do essential oils work?

Essential oils immediately penetrate the skin and cellular membranes. They diffuse throughout the blood and tissues instantly in a matter of seconds! Oils cross the brain-blood barrier and reach the amygdala and the limbic system which is the integrative center for emotions, emotional behavior, and motivation, in the brain.

List of Biblical Essential Oils:

Cinnamon Bark – The warm, spicy aroma of cinnamon has been sought throughout the ages both as a valuable commodity and for its ability to improve wellness. Cinnamon is thought to promote healthy cardiovascular and immune function, and acts as an antiseptic. You can also use it to enhance your cooking, or dilute and massage into chakras to create a soothing, relaxing sensation.

Frankincense – Has a sweet, warm, balsamic aroma that is stimulating and elevating to the mind. Useful for visualizing, improving one’s Spiritual connection, and centering, it has comforting properties that help focus the mind and overcome stress and despair. Frankincense is considered the holy anointing oil in the Middle East, where it has been used in religious ceremonies for thousands of years. More recently, it has been used in European and American hospitals and is the subject of substantial research. Frankincense is also a valuable ingredient in skin care products for aging and dry skin. The ancient Egyptians used it in rejuvenation face masks.

Juniper – Has a clean, mildly penetrating, woody scent that has a cleansing effect on the mind, Spirit, and body. It may work as a detoxifier and cleanser, is beneficial to the skin.

Pine – Has a refreshing, invigorating aroma. First investigated by Hippocrates, the father of Western medicine, pine is soothing for stressed muscles and joints when used in massage. It shares many of the same properties as Eucalyptus, and the action of both oils is enhanced when they are blended.

Cypress – Has a woody smell and has been known in supporting the body’s natural response to irritation and injury as well as aiding normal breathing. This oil also has historical use as an additive in perfumes and as an adhesive.

Galbanum – Has an earthy aroma. It was used in ancient temple ritual incense anointing associated with springtime. Galbanum supports the immune, digestive, respiratory, circulatory, and other body systems.

Myrrh – Has a rich, smoky, balsamic aroma that is purifying, restorative, revitalizing, and uplifting. It is a helpful aid to meditation, having one of the highest levels of sesquiterpenes available. Sesquiterpenes are a class of compounds that have a direct effect on the hypothalamus, pituitary, and amygdala, the seat of our emotions. Myrrh is referenced throughout the Old and New Testaments of the Bible. The Arabian people believed it helped wrinkled, chapped, and cracked skin. Today, myrrh is widely used in oral hygiene products.

Spikenard – Was highly regarded in India as a perfume, health-supporting herb, and skin tonic. Prized at the time of Christ, it was used by Mary of Bethany to anoint the feet of Yeshua before the Last Supper. This is a relaxing and soothing oil for the skin.

Cedarwood – Has a warm, balsamic, woody aroma. It is relaxing and soothing when used for massage, and has long been used as a beneficial ingredient in cosmetic preparations for oily skin.

Sandlewood – Has a rich, sweet, warm, and woody aroma that is sensual and romantic. Used traditionally as incense in religious ceremonies and for meditation, it is uplifting and relaxing. It is valued in skin care for its moisturizing and normalizing properties.

Fir – Traditionally used for muscular aches and pains, the warm aroma of balsam fir soothes and rejuvenates body and mind. It is known for supporting respiratory function and also believed to create an uplifting sense of well-being.

Hyssop – A biblical oil that was also sacred to ancient Greeks, has a fresh, woody scent that is slightly sweet. Hyssop is noted for its purifying properties.

Myrtle – Has a clear, fresh, herbaceous scent, similar to eucalyptus. Supportive of the respiratory system, skin, and hair, it has been researched for its effects on glandular imbalances* and its soothing effects when inhaled. It is also helpful for meditation and lifting the Spirit.

Essential Oils are making a remarkable and necessary reemergence. Essential Oils were a commodity during biblical times, and are a commodity and need for Humanity now! Reiki is a ‘hands-on’ healing method that originated in Japan by Dr. Usui. The practitioner channels healing ‘Light’ energy through his/her hands to the animal through a light touch either directly on the body or from a distance. The word Reiki (pronounced “Ray-Key”) is a Japanese word, translated as “universal life energy.”  It is based on the idea that all living beings have life energy flowing through them. When life energy is vibrating at a high frequency, your pets are healthy and balanced, more relaxed and less likely to get sick. When the vibration is low, they’ll often be more easily affected by stress and less resistant to illness. Reiki is a safe complement to conventional Western medicine, Chinese medicine, herbal medicine, homeopathy and all other forms of healing.

Animals, especially cats, dogs and horses, are naturally receptive to the Reiki energy and tend to gravitate towards it readily. The 12 Systems of the Body (From The Truth Within; Book of Light & Love)

Integumentary system – The integumentary system is the largest sensory organ.  It helps in vitamin D syntheses and helps to protect deeper tissues throughout the body.  The integumentary system also helps to regulate fluid and blood loss through homeostasis.  The organs of the integumentary system include the skin, hair, and nails.

Foods for a healthy integumentary system:  Eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts and fish.  Remember to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

Skeletal system – The skeletal system stores calcium throughout the bones of the body.  It is the framework and structure of the human body.  It protects vital organs such as the lungs and the heart.  The skeletal system produces red blood cells, which are essential for optimal oxygen intake throughout the tissues, organs and cells of the body.  The organs of the skeletal system include the bones and circulatory system.

Foods for a healthy skeletal system: Calcium-rich foods include milk and dairy products, but also leafy green vegetables, such as spinach and broccoli.

Muscular system – The muscular system of the body helps to generate heat throughout the body.  The muscles help in all movement and activity of the body.  It helps to maintain posture and helps to support the skeletal system of the body.  The organs of the muscular system are the muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints.

Food for a healthy muscular system: Healthy carbohydrates, such as dark leafy vegetables, potatoes and whole grains.  Remember to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, coconut water, and Aloe Vera juice.

Immune System – The immune system is made up of portions of many different systems that fight against disease.  It regulates the body’s natural defense mechanisms, such as different cells and proteins that help to fight off disease, viruses, parasites, and infections.  The organs of the immune system are the white and red blood cells.

Foods for a healthy immune system: Eat antioxidant-rich foods, such as berries, beans, tomatoes, whole grains, and plant sourced foods instead of meat.  Adequate amounts of water is necessary for the immune system each day.

Lymphatic System – The lymphatic system helps to pick up fluids leaked from the capillaries.  It also helps to support the immune system by housing the various types of white blood cells, which are necessary to regulate the body from outside invasion.  The organs of the lymphatic system are the adenoids, appendix, blood vessels, bone marrow, lymph nodes, lymphatic vessels, Peyer’s patches, spleen, thymus, and the tonsils.

Foods for a healthy lymphatic system: Potassium-rich fruits and vegetables include bananas, broccoli, sweet potatoes, and wild seafood, such as salmon.  Drink adequate amounts of water, Coconut water, and Aloe Vera Juice.

Cardiovascular System – The cardiovascular system helps in the transportation of nutrients and gas waste throughout the body.  The cardiovascular system consists of blood, veins, arteries and capillaries.  The cardiovascular system helps to support immune function by acting as a highway for usable nutrients, oxygen, and fighter cells.  The organs of the cardiovascular system include the blood, capillaries, veins, heart, lungs and arteries.

Urinary system – The urinary system helps to get rid of nitrogenous waste out of the blood supply.  It helps to regulate electrolytes, fluid and the pH balance of the human body.  The urinary system works properly with the proper intake of water.  The organs of the urinary system include the kidneys, ureters, bladder, and urethra.

Foods for a healthy urinary system: cranberries, blueberries, acai berries, Coconut water, and plenty of water.

Digestive system – The digestive system helps to break down food into the building blocks for the body.  It breaks down proteins, carbohydrates, and fat to distribute the necessary nutrients throughout the body to feed all the cells of the body.  The organs of the digestive system include the mouth, throat, esophagus, stomach, gall bladder, the liver, small intestine, large intestine, and the colon.

Foods for a healthy digestive system: Eating plenty of fruit and vegetables on a daily basis and getting plenty of fiber.  It is also important to drink plenty of water and limit caffeine and alcohol.  2 tablespoons of organic Apple cider vinegar a day has been known to restore the good flora, which is essential for optimal digestion in the stomach and intestinal tracts.  Aloe Vera Juice has also been known to help regulate digestive function of the cells in the esophagus, stomach, and intestines.

Respiratory system – The respiratory system helps in the intake of oxygen and sends it through the alveoli of the lungs to the capillaries and throughout the cardiovascular system of the body.  It also helps in the outtake of carbon dioxide or waste, through the same means.  The respiratory system helps in gas exchange throughout the body by the inhalation of oxygen and the exhalation of carbon dioxide.  The respiratory system also helps moisten and heat the air inhaled and exhaled.  The respiratory system includes the nose, mouth, pharynx, epiglottis, larynx, trachea, bronchi, lungs, alveoli, and diaphragm.

Foods for a healthy respiratory system: Yogurt and kefir, antioxidant vitamin C, which is prevalent in red bell peppers, citrus fruits and juices, papaya, kiwifruit, leafy greens, cabbage and brussel sprouts, herbal tea, warm water, and Omega-3 foods.

Nervous system – The nervous system helps in the sensory input though the nerves, spine, and brain.  The brain helps in the interpretation of input or thought.  The spine helps to elicit and signal responses throughout the body.  The nerves of the spine then coordinate the movement of the muscles.  The organs of the central nervous system are the brain and spinal cord.  The organs of the Peripheral nervous system are the Autonomic nervous system, which includes the sympathetic nervous system; spinal nerves, and the parasympathetic nervous system; spinal nerves and cranial nerves.  The Somatic nervous system is also part of the Peripheral nervous system and includes the spinal and cranial nerves.

Foods for a healthy nervous system: Foods high in vitamin B1 include Brewer’s yeast, beef liver, eggs, seafood, sunflower seeds, and beans.  Vitamin B6 foods include potatoes, bananas, fortified cereals, and chick peas.  B12 Supplements.  Foods rich in copper, such as prunes, dark leafy green vegetables, such as kale and spinach, and nuts are good for nervous system health.

Endocrine System – The endocrine system helps to secret hormones that regulate growth, metabolism and general body function.  The organs of the endocrine system include the hypothalamus, pituitary gland, thyroid gland, parathyroid glands, adrenal glands, the pineal gland, reproductive glands in the ovaries and testes, the liver, and the pancreas.

Foods for a healthy endocrine system: Fish provides your body with Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega- 9 oils.  These oils are fats that directly affect cognitive function, cellular function, and kidney function.  Eating fish twice a week will aid in keeping a balanced endocrine system.  Omega oil supplements are also available, and can be used to bolster your oil intake.

Reproductive System – The reproductive system helps in the production of off-spring, but also helps the endocrine system by also producing hormones.  The organs of the reproductive system in the female are the vagina, clitoris, vulva, uterus, ovaries, and fallopian tubes.  The organs of the reproductive system in the male are the penis, testes, and prostate.

Foods for a healthy reproductive system: Fruits and green leafy vegetables.  Cooking with cumin, black cumin, turmeric and ajwain powder, and including dairy products, such as milk, to your diet to increase reproductive health.

Chakras of Mother Earth

There are many cultures that conceive of an energetic system that runs through the human body.  The Ancient Chakra System is said to be 4000-5000 years old. The word  Chakra translates loosely to mean ‘wheel’ from Sanskrit, but it is more accurately described as a vortex of rotating energy.  Each chakra is situated near an endocrine gland that is responsible for regulating hormonal reactions in the body.  The Chakras also act as translators of energy.  They assimilate energy from surrounding influences, including your own emotions, intentions, and thoughts and the Chakra energy of others.  In the Hindu conceptualization of the Chakra system, there are seven primary energy chakras.

Just as the physical body has seven identifiable energy centers, or swirling vortices of subtle energy, so does the planet.  Earth has Chakra centers that govern her health and act as a reflection of her energetic evolution.  The Earth is a living being, with its own creative, evolutionary will, and with its own methods for enacting that purpose.

The Third Eye Chakra is the only one that moves, this is due to the the movement of Earth’s axis.  The Third Eye Chakra moves every 150-200 years or every aeon.  These aeons are also lined up with astrological constellations.  In 2012 we shifted into the Age of Aquarius, which means the Third Eye chakra is currently located in Western Europe near Stonehenge.  When we shift into the Age of Capricorn, the Third Eye Chakra will move to Brazil.

Mt. Kailas is considered to be the most sacred mountain of the Himalayas and is located in Tibet.  This is the Crown Chakra of Mother Earth and is believed to be connected to the Scorpio Full Moon.

In fact, many locals harness the energy of Mt. Kailas on the night of the Scorpio Full Moon, which typically happens once a year in April or May.  For Mother Earth, this Full Moon marks the start of a new evolution and a new cycle of energy, as Scorpio is connected to the idea of death and rebirth.

Energy Work helps heal the three levels of Consciousness

Energy Work, Lightwork, and Reiki are a few types of Healing modalities that help to heal a person’s body, mind, and Spirit.

Healing can occur when the body, mind, and Spirit, ethereally allows enough energy to enter at a quantum, subatomic, molecular level, granting the power of Forgiveness and Light & Love to restore, rejuvenate, and revitalize the three levels of consciousness, 1.) subconscious, 2.) conscious, and 3.) superconscious.

1.) Subconscious:

The first level of consciousness is the subconscious and is associated with the body.  It is relatively dingy in awareness: it is the substance of which dreams are made.  It is the repository of all remembered experiences and impressions that are left upon the mind by experiences and tendencies in the awakened state and is reinforced by those impressions.

Every experience, thought, impression, loss, or gain that we have ever had, resides in the subconscious mind and determines the patterns of thought and the behavior of an individual.

The subconscious is unrestricted by the rigid demands of logic and permits a certain flow of ideas. This flow may border on intuition, but if the ideas are too circumscribed by subjectivity, they won’t correspond with the external, physical world around us. When we dream at night, we are mainly operating on the subconscious level of the mind.

The subconscious mind can very easily intrude on our conscious awareness, deceiving us into thinking that we are getting intuitive guidance, when actually we’re merely being influenced by past impressions, thoughts, and unfulfilled desires.

Calamitous decisions have been made in the belief that one was drawing on higher guidance, when in fact one was responding only to subconscious, preconditioning.

2.) Conscious

The next level of consciousness is the conscious state and is associated with the mind.  It is the rational awareness that usually guides our daily decisions.  When we receive input from the senses, analyze the facts, and make decisions based on this information, we are using the conscious level.

The conscious is also strongly affected by the opinions of others, which can cloud or fog our ability to draw true guidance from the Higher Self.

The conscious level of awareness is problem-oriented.  It is difficult to be completely certain of decisions drawn from this level, because the analytical mind can see all the possible solutions.  Ultimately, the conscious mind doesn’t have the ability to distinguish which is best.

If we rely exclusively on the conscious mind, we may find ourselves lacking in certainty and moving into a state of perpetual indecision.

3.) Superconscious

Intuition and heightened mental clarity flow from superconscious awareness and is associated with Spirit.  The conscious mind is limited by its analytical nature, and therefore sees all things as separate and distinct. We may be puzzled by a certain situation, but because it seems unrelated to other events, it’s difficult to draw a clear course of action.  But by contrast, because the superconscious level of consciousness is unitive and sees all things as part of a whole, it can readily draw solutions accordingly.  In superconsciousness the problem and the solution are seen as one, as though the solution was a natural outgrowth from the problem.

When the superconciousness is penetrated by Energy Work, Lightwork, Reiki, or other healing modalities through the subconcious and conscious, the superconcious views both as a part of itself and subtly heals both.

Through giving healing facilitation, such as Energy work, Lightwork, Reiki, Qigong, or Faith healing to the Spirit or Superconscious, the conscious (mind), and subconscious (body) are healed miraculously.

Are Crystals and Gems used in the Bible?

As a Christ based Holistic Practitioner, I get many questions in regards to the use of crystals during my Reiki and Chakra Balancing Healing sessions.  There was a point in time when I had first started my business that I began even questioning why I used crystals to begin with and whether or not crystals were used by those in the bible.  I have many Christian clients, so using crystals was a huge question in my own capability as a Christ based Holistic Practitioner.  After a long meditation in prayer in regards to the question of crystals used during healing, a message was given to me to read the Old Testament of the Holy bible.  I had read the New Testament, with not much luck in finding crystals or gems except by those worn as jewelry.

Once I began reading the Old Testament, I was on my mission to find them in the bible.  I was astonished to finally read that Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob wore crystals/gems on their breast plate under their priestly garments.

“This chestpiece will be made of two folds of cloth, forming a pouch nine inches square.  Four rows of gemstones will be attached to it.  The first row will contain a red carnelian, a chrysolite, and an emerald.  The second row will contain a turquoise, a sapphire, and a white moonstone.  The third row will contain a jacinth, an agate, and an amethyst.  The fourth row will contain a beryl, and onyx, and a jasper.  All of these stones will be set in gold.” (Exodus 28:17-19)

I was amazed at finding the use of crystals in the early Christian Bible.  It set my heart at ease.  I had been using crystals as a Christ based Holistic Practitioner with the guidance from above until I had proved it to myself that crystals and gems were in fact used in biblical times.  After finding specific crystals and gems in the bible began my curiosity of why they used crystals in the presence of the Lord to begin with.  Each crystal was used for various properties and healing capabilities for the tribes of Israel and to protect the Priests when being in the vibration of the Lord’s presence.   The list of the 12

Red Carnelian – Carnelian Stones are stones of action, that will give you the courage and confidence to move forward on a new path in life.  In ancient times Carnelian was a stone used to protect the dead on their journey to the after-life.  It is strong stone to aid the physical body, as it maintains an improved flow of life force energy via the blood.   Carnelian will accelerate your motivation, and aid you to clarify your goals, so you can find the best direction in life.  This power stone stimulates ambition and drive, so it will aid in manifesting what you require to move onto your desired path forward in life.  Carnelian aids moving forward on a new life path, and will aid you to make new, clearer decisions and choices.

Chrysolite

Chrysolite  – People who are often envied should draw their attention to chrysolite as the magical properties of the stone are aimed at protecting its owner from the evil eye and evil thoughts of people around them.   Chrysolite will bring good luck, riddance of troubles and prosperity to its owner as the properties of the stone are aimed at welfare and this has been widely known and used for a long time.  Chrysolite is a stone of careful consideration and balanced approach and make the right decision.  Chrysolite is a great amulet for people whose work involves responsibility and a need to stay focused, as well as justice.  The mineral also affects the psycho-emotional state.   It releases from sorrow, melancholy, depression, apathy, and brings back the joy of life.  It is believed that the ability of chrysolite to protect from fires and their consequences like burns is another magical property of the stone.  The magical properties of chrysolite also include helping its owner in all his endeavors.

Emerald

Emerald – Emerald is known as the “stone of successful love”.  It brings loyalty and provides for domestic bliss.  It enhances unconditional love, unity and promotes friendship.  Keeps partnerships in balance and can signal unfaithfulness if it changes color.  Emerald stimulates the heart chakra, having a healing effect on the emotions as well as the physical heart.  It ensures physical, emotional and mental equilibrium, bringing harmony to all areas of ones life.  Focusing intention and raising consciousness, it brings in positive actions, eliminating negativity and enhancing the ability to enjoy life to the fullest.  Emerald enhances spiritual abilities, opens clairvoyance, and stimulates the use of greater mental capacity.  It helps bring awareness of the unknown to conscious recognition, imparting reason and wisdom.  Emerald assists in inciting activity and focus in ones actions.  It strengthens memory and imparts clarity of thought.  It inspires a deep inner knowing, promoting truth and discernment.

Turquoise

Turquoise – Turquoise is a purification stone.  It dispels negative energy and can be worn to protect against outside influences or pollutants in the atmosphere.  Turquoise balances and aligns all the chakras, stabilizing mood swings and instilling inner calm.  It is excellent for depression and exhaustion, it also has the power to prevent panic attacks.  Turquoise promotes self-realization and assists creative problem solving.  It is a symbol of friendship, and stimulates romantic love.

Sapphire

Sapphire – Known as the “wisdom stone”, each color of Sapphire brings its own particular wisdom.  It releases mental tension, depression, unwanted thoughts and spiritual confusion.  Sapphire restores balance within the body, aligning the physical, mental and spiritual planes, bringing serenity and peace of mind.  It stimulates concentration, brings lightness, joy and peace of mind.  Sapphire is also known as a “stone of prosperity”, attracting gifts of all kinds and fulfilling dreams and desires.

White Moonstone

White Moonstone – A stone for “new beginnings”, Moonstone is a stone of inner growth and strength.  It soothes emotional instability and stress, and stabilizes the emotions, providing calmness.  Moonstone enhances intuition, promotes inspiration, success and good fortune in love and business matters.  Moonstone connects with the energy of the moon as the moon is that which governs the emotions of man.

Jacinth

Jacinth – Strengthens self-esteem and gives courage to those who wear the stone.  It is a stone of self-realization.  It purifies and brings one to the true meaning of their mission in life.  Jacinth reminds one of the true meaning of life and keeps the wearer in their true authenticity and integrity.

Onyx – Onyx gives strength.  It promotes vigor, steadfastness and stamina.  Imparts self-confidence, helping you to be at ease in your surroundings.  Onyx banishes grief, enhances self-control and stimulates the power of wise decision-making.  It encourages happiness and good fortune.

Jasper

Jasper – Jasper is known as the “supreme nurturer”.   It sustains and supports through times of stress, and brings tranquility and wholeness.  Jasper provides protection and absorbs negative energy.  It balances yin and yang.  Jasper clears electromagnetic and environmental pollution, including radiation.  It encourages honesty with one’s self.  Provides courage to assertively tackle problems.  Aids quick-thinking and promotes organizational abilities.  Jasper stimulates the imagination and transforms ideas into action.

Urim/Thummim – Black and white crystals that balanced both the masculine and feminine aspect of the dealing of the heart, mind, body, and spirit.  Urim (white) represents the absolute Light and Thummim (black) represents the utmost Truth.

Cutting the psychic bond to a Narcissist!

The definition of a narcissist is a person with an over inflated ego who has admiration and love only for the self.  Narcissists are those who indulge in one or more of the following sins or ‘thought forms of man’ – pride, envy, gluttony, lust, anger, greed, or sloth.  (The ones in bold are the most common of narcissistic behaviors.)  Mostly, narcissists have an unreasonable or excessive admiration for their own physical appearance or abilities.  They think that they can do no wrong and when they do, they blame the situation, person, or thing for the wrongdoing and never take responsibility for their own actions or choices.  A narcissist will never say sorry for what they have done, and if they do, the apology is insincere and only a tactic to get someone to reconnect with them.

Narcissistic people usually develop ‘psychic chords’ to empathic people, because an empath is easy prey for a person who pretends to love and feel, when in fact, they only feed off the emotional hurts they cause an empathic person.  What is an empathic person?  An empath is a person with the spiritual ability to apprehend the mental or emotional state of another individual.  An empath will get so caught up in the reality of a narcissist, that they forget or lose the ability to comprehend what is right or wrong for their own energy field, becoming almost obsessed with the narcissist, because they want to help them.  There are so many narcissistic people in this world.  It is a pandemic, affecting the entire world.  There are so many narcissists connecting to the psychic realms of man, which are the states of pride, envy, gluttony, lust, anger, greed, or sloth, that they have disconnected their own essence from Universal source.  The psychic realm is the unhealthy realm of man/woman, and the spiritual realm is the healthy realms of the Universe.  Psychic is associated with Earth only and Spirituality is associated with the Universe on a much grander scale.  To stay living, a person must obtain and sustain their own Soul essence.  Narcissists are psychic vampires, causing emotional turmoil in their victim and feeding off the lower vibrational energies of the empath’s emitted emotions or thoughts because they do not have their available essence to sustain their own life.  However, once an empathic person becomes aware of the narcissistic unhealthy psychic bond, they will often try to bring it to light or leave the situation, only falling back into the trap of a narcissists charm and lies, several times before the person is too energetically drained to sustain the narcissists’ food sustenance.  Once the food source is almost diminished, the narcissist will make an abrupt exit, with no closure or reason for doing so, leaving the empath in a state of despair, depression, and depleted of their their life essence, usually with an illness or sickness that has been caused by the body going out of ease, Dis-ease.  The overall reason for this blog post is to help Empathic people become aware, get empowered, and leave the narcissist before it is too late.

The best way to get rid of a narcissistic person is to 1.) Become aware of the patterns of narcissism. 2.) Leave the situation or narcissist. 3.) Become empowered and revived with your own Soul essence, cutting all ties to the narcissist, psychic vampire!

1.) Narcissitic Patterns:

Narcissistic personality disorder is a mental disorder in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance, a deep need for admiration and a ‘lack of empathy‘ for others.  But behind this mask of ultra-confidence lies a fragile self-esteem that’s vulnerable to the slightest criticism.  When criticism arises or you try to bring up the narcissists lack of connection, they will get extremely upset, heated, and will shut you down, gas lighting you.  What is gas lighting?  Gas lighting is to manipulate (someone) by psychological means into questioning their self, their own sanity, and making you out to be the ‘bad guy.’  Once a demand is made, the narcissistic person will withdraw than attack in retaliation to the demand that you have created for the relationship.  A narcissist is vindictive, having or showing a strong or unreasoning desire for revenge, especially if a demand is made or if you try to set boundaries.  A narcissistic person is indifferent to emotional outcomes, meaning, they are not capable of realizing the emotional pain or anguish that they are causing others, because they lack empathy, the ability to understand and share the feelings of another.

Leaving the Narcissistic person

After realizing the patterns and behaviors of the narcissist, you will either try to help them, which most empaths do, or you will try to leave the situation.  The best way to leave the situation is to tell the narcissist that you need your space and incorporate ‘No Contact.’  No contact means, deleting their number, blocking their phone number, not responding to emails, answering the door, etc.  It is the only way to completely detach ‘psychically,’ from the narcissistic person.  They will not miss you, they will miss the emotional turmoil that they fed off of from you.  They will be angry that you have left, but they will find another victim, soon enough.  To completely detach psychically, ask Archangel Michael, your Spiritual Guides, or saying an Affirmation to cut all etheric ‘psychic’ chords binding you to the individual.  You will more than likely have to do this several times a day, as the person will be on your mind, trying to reconnect to your soul essence.

Example Affirmation: ‘I (First Name, Middle Name, Last Name) disconnect and cut all etheric chords and binds to (Narcissists Name) NOW, beyond space and time, from my past, present, and into my future, from this day forward, until the end of all time.  It is so Now!

Your Revival of Soul Essence

There are many ways for you to redirect your attention to something that is more healthy for your Soul.  The first thing you will have to do is ask your Angels, Guides, and say an Affirmation for the retrieval of your lost Soul parts.  Lost Soul parts, is the essence that the narcissistic person stole from you, leaving you feeling drained, unmotivated, or depressed.  You will have to do this many times before you feel back to your old, happy self.

Example Affirmation: I (First Name, Middle Name, Last Name) call back my Spiritual essence from all directions of time and space, from all people, places, and things, by force if necessary, until the end of all time.  It is so now!

Exercise, Yoga, and other physical activities help to revitalize your energy.  Physical activity, and meditation helps to shut down the ego, so that your Soul essence can be reintegrated into your being.  There are also other ways to reconnect with your Spiritual essence.  I like to ask my clients: What did you like to do when you were young?  What made you happy?  What are you passionate about?  The answers to these questions will be your saving grace.  If you can’t remember or you just don’t know, find a self empowerment group that you can join, or find a therapist that you trust, and delve deeper into your psyche to retrieve these memories to find your passion.

As time passes, it will get easier.  Time does heal in these sort of cases.  All you have to do is remain strong and dedicated to yourself.  Have faith!
