Ingredients: One cinnamon stick, water, honey, tea kettle

Directions for Cinnamon and Honey Tea:

1.) Fill a tea kettle with water, one stick of cinnamon, and heat it on the stove top until boil.

2.) Fill a heat safe (coffee or tea) cup with the cinnamon tea.

3.) Add a table spoon of Honey.

4.) Repeat as many times throughout the day as desired.
