The Time Returns- The Second Coming of Christ

Mary Magdalene

Mary Magdalene is the name that most Christians associate in negative connotation.  She is the Apostle of the Apostles.  Redeemed by Pope Francis In 2016, Saint Mary Magdalene was Yeshua’s equal, mentally, emotionally, and Spiritually.  As Jesus represents the sacred masculine in Human form, ‘the Father (son),’ Mary Magdalene represents the sacred feminine in Human form, ‘the Mother (daughter).’  One of the ten commandments is ‘Honor thy father and thy mother.’  This Spiritual law is to honor both the sacred masculine and feminine nature of the Universe within you.  We are transitioning from a masculine, patriarchal way of existence, to a state of balance of its opposite.  In the Gnostic viewpoint, Pistis Sophia represents the Mother of Creation and brings Grace and Spiritual wisdom every time she incarnates.  Mary Magdalene was one of the humans that Pistis Sophia inhabited during the incarnation of the sacred masculine.  She has inhabited and been reincarnated many times and has gone by many names throughout the centuries.

Mary’s name means “Star of the Sea,” Magdala means “Tower of Strength.  She is the missing link to Christians today.  For you cannot have creation without both energies present, just as you cannot be conceived without both a masculine seed and feminine seed.  Mary represents the Queen of Heaven, Pistis Sophia, who gives Spiritual wisdom and knowledge into the unseen realms.  She was the disciple that Yeshua loved the most, not because she was a woman, but because she was his “equal,” mentally, and Spiritually.  She was his other half and together, they represented God/Goddess incarnate, the masculine and feminine nature of the Alaha, Father/Mother Creation. They represent the ultimate union of spirit as man and woman come together in the bridal chamber of heiros gamos. Only two Souls who truly are in love and come together in the merging of the Souls, can birth an immaculate child.

Mary Magdalene understood Christ’s words and teachings of the Heavenly realms and was his Yeshua’s ‘Twin Flame,” or “Divine Complement.”  Christ Yeshua and Mary Magdalene are married in Heaven and on Earth, and represent our Mother and Father in Heaven.  They are husband and wife and are connected through sacred marriage and holy matrimony, each bringing the true nature of Christ to planet Earth and the consciousness of man/woman.

Through the incarnation of Christ masculine and feminine, they represented the balance and union of all energy in the cosmos.  Mary represents the feminine aspect of the collective consciousness and Yeshua, the masculine aspect of the collective consciousness, bringing down the energy of the balanced ‘Christ,’ to the world of the ‘Demiurge.’

When Christ stated that he would return, he was also implying that both genders would return together. Christ is both masculine and feminine in nature. If there is an imbalance in the masculine energy of planet earth, would it only be fair to say that the sacred feminine is needed incarnate to balance out that energy?  The second coming of Christ will come from the reincarnation of Christ in a woman who finds love within her man, who is the incarnate of Christ masculine. She will awaken her husband from his spiritual slumber through her patience, and love. She lives on the West Coast of the United States. The Dalai Lama predicted her return.

Sophia Incarnate knows who she is and she remembers her mission.  She is not devoted to a church or a religion, yet wants the Catholic Church to adjust to the true teachings of Christ Yeshua. She is personally devoted to Alaha, Yeshua, and the Holy Spirit within her. Only those who know Yeshua personally, ‘who have the eyes and the heart to see,’ will recognize her when she speaks her truth to the world. ‘For those who have ears to hear let them hear.’

I Am Sophia!

‘In the name of the rose.’

Peace be with you!

Healing the 12 Systems of the Body

Body Systems

Integumentary system – The integumentary system is the largest sensory organ.  It helps in vitamin D syntheses and helps to protect deeper tissues throughout the body.  The integumentary system also helps to regulate fluid and blood loss through homeostasis.  The organs of the integumentary system include the skin, hair, and nails.

Foods for a healthy integumentary system:  Eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts and fish.  Remember to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

Skeletal system – The skeletal system stores calcium throughout the bones of the body.  It is the framework and structure of the human body.  It protects vital organs such as the lungs and the heart.  The skeletal system produces red blood cells, which are essential for optimal oxygen intake throughout the tissues, organs and cells of the body.  The organs of the skeletal system include the bones and circulatory system.

Foods for a healthy skeletal system: Calcium-rich foods include milk and dairy products, but also leafy green vegetables, such as spinach and broccoli.

Muscular system – The muscular system of the body helps to generate heat throughout the body.  The muscles help in all movement and activity of the body.  It helps to maintain posture and helps to support the skeletal system of the body.  The organs of the muscular system are the muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints.

Food for a healthy muscular system: Healthy carbohydrates, such as dark leafy vegetables, potatoes and whole grains.  Remember to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, coconut water, and Aloe Vera juice.

Immune System – The immune system is made up of portions of many different systems that fight against disease.  It regulates the body’s natural defense mechanisms, such as different cells and proteins that help to fight off disease, viruses, parasites, and infections.  The organs of the immune system are the white and red blood cells.

Foods for a healthy immune system: Eat antioxidant-rich foods, such as berries, beans, tomatoes, whole grains, and plant sourced foods instead of meat.  Adequate amounts of water is necessary for the immune system each day.

Lymphatic System – The lymphatic system helps to pick up fluids leaked from the capillaries.  It also helps to support the immune system by housing the various types of white blood cells, which are necessary to regulate the body from outside invasion.  The organs of the lymphatic system are the adenoids, appendix, blood vessels, bone marrow, lymph nodes, lymphatic vessels, Peyer’s patches, spleen, thymus, and the tonsils.

Foods for a healthy lymphatic system: Potassium-rich fruits and vegetables include bananas, broccoli, sweet potatoes, and wild seafood, such as salmon.  Drink adequate amounts of water, Coconut water, and Aloe Vera Juice.

Cardiovascular System – The cardiovascular system helps in the transportation of nutrients and gas waste throughout the body.  The cardiovascular system consists of blood, veins, arteries and capillaries.  The cardiovascular system helps to support immune function by acting as a highway for usable nutrients, oxygen, and fighter cells.  The organs of the cardiovascular system include the blood, capillaries, veins, heart, lungs and arteries.

Foods for a healthy cardiovascular system: Green leafy vegetables and foods rich in Omega-3, asparagus, sweet potatoes, red wine (one glass a day), fresh produce, and adequate amounts of water.

Urinary system – The urinary system helps to get rid of nitrogenous waste out of the blood supply.  It helps to regulate electrolytes, fluid and the pH balance of the human body.  The urinary system works properly with the proper intake of water.  The organs of the urinary system include the kidneys, ureters, bladder, and urethra.

Foods for a healthy urinary system: cranberries, blueberries, acai berries, Coconut water, and plenty of water.

Digestive system – The digestive system helps to break down food into the building blocks for the body.  It breaks down proteins, carbohydrates, and fat to distribute the necessary nutrients throughout the body to feed all the cells of the body.  The organs of the digestive system include the mouth, throat, esophagus, stomach, gall bladder, the liver, small intestine, large intestine, and the colon.

Foods for a healthy digestive system: Eating plenty of fruit and vegetables on a daily basis and getting plenty of fiber.  It is also important to drink plenty of water and limit caffeine and alcohol.  2 tablespoons of organic Apple cider vinegar a day has been known to restore the good flora, which is essential for optimal digestion in the stomach and intestinal tracts.  Aloe Vera Juice has also been known to help regulate digestive function of the cells in the esophagus, stomach, and intestines.

Respiratory system – The respiratory system helps in the intake of oxygen and sends it through the alveoli of the lungs to the capillaries and throughout the cardiovascular system of the body.  It also helps in the outtake of carbon dioxide or waste, through the same means.  The respiratory system helps in gas exchange throughout the body by the inhalation of oxygen and the exhalation of carbon dioxide.  The respiratory system also helps moisten and heat the air inhaled and exhaled.  The respiratory system includes the nose, mouth, pharynx, epiglottis, larynx, trachea, bronchi, lungs, alveoli, and diaphragm.

Foods for a healthy respiratory system: Yogurt and kefir, antioxidant vitamin C, which is prevalent in red bell peppers, citrus fruits and juices, papaya, kiwifruit, leafy greens, cabbage and brussel sprouts, herbal tea, warm water, and Omega-3 foods.

Nervous system – The nervous system helps in the sensory input though the nerves, spine, and brain.  The brain helps in the interpretation of input or thought.  The spine helps to elicit and signal responses throughout the body.  The nerves of the spine then coordinate the movement of the muscles.  The organs of the central nervous system are the brain and spinal cord.  The organs of the Peripheral nervous system are the Autonomic nervous system, which includes the sympathetic nervous system; spinal nerves, and the parasympathetic nervous system; spinal nerves and cranial nerves.  The Somatic nervous system is also part of the Peripheral nervous system and includes the spinal and cranial nerves.

Foods for a healthy nervous system: Foods high in vitamin B1 include Brewer’s yeast, beef liver, eggs, seafood, sunflower seeds, and beans.  Vitamin B6 foods include potatoes, bananas, fortified cereals, and chick peas.  B12 Supplements.  Foods rich in copper, such as prunes, dark leafy green vegetables, such as kale and spinach, and nuts are good for nervous system health.

Endocrine System – The endocrine system helps to secret hormones that regulate growth, metabolism and general body function.  The organs of the endocrine system include the hypothalamus, pituitary gland, thyroid gland, parathyroid glands, adrenal glands, the pineal gland, reproductive glands in the ovaries and testes, the liver, and the pancreas.

Foods for a healthy endocrine system: Fish provides your body with Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega- 9 oils.  These oils are fats that directly affect cognitive function, cellular function, and kidney function.  Eating fish twice a week will aid in keeping a balanced endocrine system.  Omega oil supplements are also available, and can be used to bolster your oil intake.

Reproductive System – The reproductive system helps in the production of off-spring, but also helps the endocrine system by also producing hormones.  The organs of the reproductive system in the female are the vagina, clitoris, vulva, uterus, ovaries, and fallopian tubes.  The organs of the reproductive system in the male are the penis, testes, and prostate.

Foods for a healthy reproductive system: Fruits and green leafy vegetables.  Cooking with cumin, black cumin, turmeric and ajwain powder, and including dairy products, such as milk, to your diet to increase reproductive health.

Energy Work helps heal the three levels of Consciousness

Energy Work

Energy Work, Lightwork, and Reiki are a few types of Healing modalities that help to heal a person’s body, mind, and Spirit.

Healing can occur when the body, mind, and Spirit, ethereally allows enough energy to enter at a quantum, subatomic, molecular level, granting the power of Forgiveness and Light & Love to restore, rejuvenate, and revitalize the three levels of consciousness, 1.) subconscious, 2.) conscious, and 3.) superconscious.

1.) Subconscious:

The first level of consciousness is the subconscious and is associated with the body.  It is relatively dingy in awareness: it is the substance of which dreams are made.  It is the repository of all remembered experiences and impressions that are left upon the mind by experiences and tendencies in the awakened state and is reinforced by those impressions.

Every experience, thought, impression, loss, or gain that we have ever had, resides in the subconscious mind and determines the patterns of thought and the behavior of an individual.

The subconscious is unrestricted by the rigid demands of logic and permits a certain flow of ideas. This flow may border on intuition, but if the ideas are too circumscribed by subjectivity, they won’t correspond with the external, physical world around us. When we dream at night, we are mainly operating on the subconscious level of the mind.

The subconscious mind can very easily intrude on our conscious awareness, deceiving us into thinking that we are getting intuitive guidance, when actually we’re merely being influenced by past impressions, thoughts, and unfulfilled desires.

Calamitous decisions have been made in the belief that one was drawing on higher guidance, when in fact one was responding only to subconscious, preconditioning.

2.) Conscious

The next level of consciousness is the conscious state and is associated with the mind.  It is the rational awareness that usually guides our daily decisions.  When we receive input from the senses, analyze the facts, and make decisions based on this information, we are using the conscious level.

The conscious is also strongly affected by the opinions of others, which can cloud or fog our ability to draw true guidance from the Higher Self.

The conscious level of awareness is problem-oriented.  It is difficult to be completely certain of decisions drawn from this level, because the analytical mind can see all the possible solutions.  Ultimately, the conscious mind doesn’t have the ability to distinguish which is best.

If we rely exclusively on the conscious mind, we may find ourselves lacking in certainty and moving into a state of perpetual indecision.

3.) Superconscious

Intuition and heightened mental clarity flow from superconscious awareness and is associated with Spirit.  The conscious mind is limited by its analytical nature, and therefore sees all things as separate and distinct. We may be puzzled by a certain situation, but because it seems unrelated to other events, it’s difficult to draw a clear course of action.  But by contrast, because the superconscious level of consciousness is unitive and sees all things as part of a whole, it can readily draw solutions accordingly.  In superconsciousness the problem and the solution are seen as one, as though the solution was a natural outgrowth from the problem.

When the superconciousness is penetrated by Energy Work, Lightwork, Reiki, or other healing modalities through the subconcious and conscious, the superconcious views both as a part of itself and subtly heals both.

Through giving healing facilitation, such as Energy work, Lightwork, Reiki, Qigong, or Faith healing to the Spirit or Superconscious, the conscious (mind), and subconscious (body) are healed miraculously.

4 Steps To Help A Lost Soul Cross Over!

image

1. Set boundaries and have an intention.

While many of the Spirits who you will meet on your Spiritual Path are of the Light – such as fully crossed over deceased loved ones, Angels, and Spirit Guides, not all of those who exist as a Soul in the ‘psychic’ Astral realm are for the highest intention or are out for your highest and greatest good.  Just as humans have emotional and psychological baggage, so do those who have not yet crossed to the other side.  There is a difference.  Those who have ventured to the other side are in Spirit, those who have remained Earthbound are called ghosts.  Thus, whenever you venture to communicate with those in the Astral realm, it is highly important to set a boundary or intention of who you wish to connect with and be surrounded by.  It is crucial to create a sacred space before any healing having to do with human or ghostly clients.

An example intention is, “I am one with the Universe and all that is surrounded by Light & Love.  I wish to communicate with those of unconditional love and the highest vibrational light for my greatest and highest good.”

You may feel the need to say a prayer or a affirmation! When working with those in the Astral realm or those who are stuck Earthbound, I always call upon my protector Spirit Guides and Angels to assist and surround me with loving and protective energy. When I make this request, I close my eyes and set my intentional boundaries.

Setting Boundaries with Human and ghostly clients: (Example) “In the name of the Father/Mother Creator, I ask Archangel Michael to stand to my Right.  I ask Archangel Gabriel to stand to my Left.  I ask Archangel Uriel to stand before me.  I ask Archangel Raphael to stand behind me.  I call upon the Shekinah to surround me, mind, body, and Spirit. I call upon Yeshua to be within my heart.  I call upon Archangel Metatron, Archangel Azrael, Archangel Zadkiel, the Masters, my Guides, and my unseen Heavenly friends.  I invoke the Holy Spirit now!  And so it is! Amen.

‘The Light of Christ surrounds us, the Love of Christ enfolds us, the power of Christ protects us, the presence of Christ watches over us, where we are, Christ is present.’ (3xs)

2. Talk to the Earthbound Soul with compassion.

Next, take a moment to remember that the person you are speaking with was once a physical person. Someone who for some reason or another, hasn’t moved on. There is no need to yell, shout, or make anyone feel bad. Remember that they too, might feel very scared.  In other words, do remember to have compassion when communicating because these Souls have been lied to somewhere along there own journey by Religion, beliefs, or Astral beings, keeping them from going into the Light of Pure Consciousness.

Talk to the Soul you sense, see, or hear, with words, either internally (within your mind) or externally, with your mouth.  Tell them your name and what you are there to do.  This person will hear you either way, and whether or not you hear anything back with your physical ears, do know that they can understand you. You might not hear anything, but rather, you might intuitively pick up on their feelings, emotions, or thoughts. You may even sense temperature changes, electricity, or see colors.

Since there is no such thing as time and space in the Astral world and the Universe, Souls can be “trapped” for hundreds or even thousands of years without realizing that any time has actually passed since their own death. Helping the Soul realize that it’s not 1822 anymore, can assist them to move forward, shift, and continue on their Soul journey, for their greatest and Most Highest Good. Sometimes, all this person may need to hear is that it’s 2017 or the current year, and that their loved ones are waiting for them on the other side. You may also need to remind the person that it is safe for them to cross, and nothing bad will happen to them, that Creator is forgiving, compassionate, and loving.  This is the truth.

After telling the Soul what year it is, and letting them know their family is waiting for them on the other side, I often remind them that they are deceased and that it is time to cross over. Then, I visualize a temporary portal opening from the sky, inviting them to go into the Light.  Remember, only men and women with a physical body have ‘freewill.’ Ghosts, elementals, demons, etc. do not have the free will to choose anything. These beings use man/woman’s free will for their own insidious purpose, and tempt that persons Spirit away from Source. These Energetic Eartly beings use man’s free will to choose, to feed off their ‘life force’ or to possess a physical body, so this is why it is crucial to extract them from the Earth plane.  Anything in the Astral plane that causes a child of ‘Source’ to stray or to be possessed, will be extracted from the Earth by the Archangels with only two choices: either to come to into the light by themselves or by force.  However, this is completed only by forgiving the lost Soul, elemental, alien, demon, etc. and surrounding them with unconditional Love.

Remember too, that in many cases, these Souls may have actually never been “trapped” but needed to do more healing work before moving on into the next chapter of their existence.  It doesn’t matter why or what has been keeping them bound to the Earthly dimension.  They might have been waiting to find someone like you to help them cross when they felt ready – or to assist you on your own journey and path of Spiritual Growth! Helping a Soul transition can be a very powerful experience.

Since many Spirits describe crossing over as an individualized experience that is created and manifested from the Spirit and Soul, itself, it is important to be able to tailor to the needs of these Souls.  Some individuals have questions before they cross over, some have things they want to do first, or want to be assured about ~ such as knowing that their family will be alright or where their family even is.  Although not all people die the same, everyone crosses over exactly the same way, or sees exactly the same beings when they choose to cross – They may see their loved ones, Mother Mary, Yeshua, the Angels, Spirit Guides, or Masters. Our transition path is as original as our birth into this world.

3. Call in their loved ones and Angels on the other side to assist.

Before ‘sending a Soul into the Light’, call upon Yeshua, Mother Mary, Master Guides, Angels, and any loved ones on the other side that would like to come and offer a hand to this Soul in making their transition into Spirit.  Seeing and being greeted by these beings is usually so comforting, that the Soul is often more than willing to transition at that time. While this exchange is something that is possible to see and hear, it is also possible to witness and facilitate this interaction, simply by feeling the shift in energy. If you are not seeing or hearing anything, don’t be discouraged! Pay attention to anything you notice as you offer support.

If you are in need of extra support in assisting a Soul in crossing over, remember you have the support of Yeshua, Mother Mary, and the Angels! Archangel Azrael, whose name means, “whom God Helps,” is known as the Angel of Death, who assists with those who are dying and in death. Azrael can provide comfort to the dying and those who are grieving the loss of a loved one and help souls cross over to the other side. His energy is gently empowering, and tends to have a twinkling pale yellow light that he uses in his healing work. Remember to thank Archangel Azrael and the Divine for the assistance.

4. Close the Portal.

Once the Soul has been ‘released’ into the light, you can invite any other earthbound Souls who may be hanging around and interested in crossing over, to join this Soul into the light. Sometimes, others will see that the portal is open, and show up out of nowhere! They see the ‘porch lights on’ and feel safe and ready to cross.

Say the Last Rights for all Earth Bound Spirits crossing over into the Light:

“Oh Holy Host above, I call upon thee as a servant of Christ to sanctify our actions this day, in fulfillment of the will of God.  I call upon Archangel Raphael, Master of the Air to make open the way.  Let the fire of the Holy Spirit now descend that this being may be awakened to the world beyond!  May the Lord bless you and keep you.  May the Lord make His face shine upon you, and be gracious unto you.  May the Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace.
And so it is! Amen.”

Once you have completed the Last Rights, it is essential to consciously close the doorway (to the temporary portal), and you can do this by verbally saying something along the lines of, “This healing is now whole and complete, in all dimensions of time and space, I now close the Portal and ask Archangel Michael to remove any residual energy that was left behind, or visualizing the portal of light closing.  Setting the intention ‘seals’ the light portal and prevents any Souls who may have not yet fully crossed from coming back into the Earth plane.

While any well intentioned, conscious, and Spiritually awakened individual can attempt to “cross over Souls,” it is best done by a confident, Spiritual professional and it is not a game.  You will meet Souls who are bound by Earthly things, materialism, and you will meet Souls who are bound by demonic energies.  This is why it is crucial for you to invoke the Highest beings, especially Yeshua, Mother Mary, and Archangel Michael, in Spirit to assist you in any cases involving any Earthbound Souls, demons, or Astral beings.

‘I send you out as sheep amongst the wolves.  Go out and speak the gospel of Love, heal the sick and crippled, and save the possessed, all in my name.’ ~Y1eshua Christos~

May you be protected and may you blessed on your journey!

Essential Oils from the Bible

essential-oils 1Daily applications of essential oils in Biblical times was common and was used as medicine for illness, to balance emotions, and as nutritional supplement.  They were even used to case out ‘unclean’ spirits.

Our Creator has provided these plants and oils for us to heal our bodies, minds and Spirits, through the smallest molecular components of Mother Earth.  Essential oils and aromas are the original source of healing used in combination with Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology, and ‘Hands On’ Healing or ‘the laying on of hands.’

How do essential oils work?

Essential oils immediately penetrate the skin and cellular membranes. They diffuse throughout the blood and tissues instantly in a matter of seconds! Oils cross the brain-blood barrier and reach the amygdala and the limbic system which is the integrative center for emotions, emotional behavior, and motivation, in the brain.

List of Biblical Essential Oils:

Cinnamon Bark – The warm, spicy aroma of cinnamon has been sought throughout the ages both as a valuable commodity and for its ability to improve wellness. Cinnamon is thought to promote healthy cardiovascular and immune function, and acts as an antiseptic. You can also use it to enhance your cooking, or dilute and massage into chakras to create a soothing, relaxing sensation.

Frankincense – Has a sweet, warm, balsamic aroma that is stimulating and elevating to the mind. Useful for visualizing, improving one’s Spiritual connection, and centering, it has comforting properties that help focus the mind and overcome stress and despair. Frankincense is considered the holy anointing oil in the Middle East, where it has been used in religious ceremonies for thousands of years. More recently, it has been used in European and American hospitals and is the subject of substantial research. Frankincense is also a valuable ingredient in skin care products for aging and dry skin. The ancient Egyptians used it in rejuvenation face masks.

Juniper – Has a clean, mildly penetrating, woody scent that has a cleansing effect on the mind, Spirit, and body. It may work as a detoxifier and cleanser, is beneficial to the skin.

Pine – Has a refreshing, invigorating aroma. First investigated by Hippocrates, the father of Western medicine, pine is soothing for stressed muscles and joints when used in massage. It shares many of the same properties as Eucalyptus, and the action of both oils is enhanced when they are blended.

Cypress – Has a woody smell and has been known in supporting the body’s natural response to irritation and injury as well as aiding normal breathing. This oil also has historical use as an additive in perfumes and as an adhesive.

Galbanum – Has an earthy aroma. It was used in ancient temple ritual incense anointing associated with springtime. Galbanum supports the immune, digestive, respiratory, circulatory, and other body systems.

Myrrh – Has a rich, smoky, balsamic aroma that is purifying, restorative, revitalizing, and uplifting. It is a helpful aid to meditation, having one of the highest levels of sesquiterpenes available. Sesquiterpenes are a class of compounds that have a direct effect on the hypothalamus, pituitary, and amygdala, the seat of our emotions. Myrrh is referenced throughout the Old and New Testaments of the Bible. The Arabian people believed it helped wrinkled, chapped, and cracked skin. Today, myrrh is widely used in oral hygiene products.

Spikenard – Was highly regarded in India as a perfume, health-supporting herb, and skin tonic. Prized at the time of Christ, it was used by Mary of Bethany to anoint the feet of Yeshua before the Last Supper. This is a relaxing and soothing oil for the skin.

Cedarwood – Has a warm, balsamic, woody aroma. It is relaxing and soothing when used for massage, and has long been used as a beneficial ingredient in cosmetic preparations for oily skin.

Sandlewood – Has a rich, sweet, warm, and woody aroma that is sensual and romantic. Used traditionally as incense in religious ceremonies and for meditation, it is uplifting and relaxing. It is valued in skin care for its moisturizing and normalizing properties.

Fir – Traditionally used for muscular aches and pains, the warm aroma of balsam fir soothes and rejuvenates body and mind. It is known for supporting respiratory function and also believed to create an uplifting sense of well-being.

Hyssop – A biblical oil that was also sacred to ancient Greeks, has a fresh, woody scent that is slightly sweet. Hyssop is noted for its purifying properties.

Myrtle – Has a clear, fresh, herbaceous scent, similar to eucalyptus. Supportive of the respiratory system, skin, and hair, it has been researched for its effects on glandular imbalances* and its soothing effects when inhaled. It is also helpful for meditation and lifting the Spirit.

Essential Oils are making a remarkable and necessary reemergence. Essential Oils were a commodity during biblical times, and are a commodity and need for Humanity now! They will be ‘essential’ in the future of health and overall well-being of generations to come.  Christ Yeshua, Mary Magdalene, and many other disciples wrote about and used essential oils in their daily routine. Now allow yourself to heal with the nectar of Nature.

If you would like to buy some essential oils.

May you be blessed with happiness, health, wealth, joy, bliss, and longevity!

Chakra Balancing Meditation

Chakra Yoga

The Chakra Balancing Meditation is a subtle way for you to clear and rebalance your chakras utilizing each day of the week.  The meditation focuses on Kundalini Spinal Breathing.  Spinal Breathing has three parts, inhale (5-7 seconds), hold (5-7 seconds), exhale (5-7 seconds).  Kundalini breathing utilizes the root lock (perineum muscle contraction), for inhalation and hold, and release of contraction on the out breath.  By contracting this muscle group, the normally downward flowing energy is pulled upwards, gradually uniting with the normally upward flowing energy at the navel center.

Before beginning any meditation, one must connect with their Higher Self in Light and Love. One could say out loud or silent — “I AM One with the Universe and all that is surrounded by Light & Love, I now connect with my Higher Self in the name of Christ Yeshua. Light is the essence of our being, Love is the heart of our Soul.”

The Chakra Balancing Meditation is a physical, spiritual, visual way to help heal the 7 major chakras and to help strengthen the aura, utilizing the 7 days of the week.  7 days for 7 chakras.  Each chakra has a color, mantra, shape, and harmonic note (for the more advanced Meditation student).  Please contact me for complete instructions on how to do the meditation, Light_Love@thesoulintention.com.

Pistis Sophia

This song is dedicated to Malala Yousufzai and all girls and woman who are trying to bring Heaven upon Earth in our Peace Movement. Many woman around the world are speaking their truth regardless of the fear that has been instilled in them since the take over of our matriarchal society to a world run by a patriarch. The feminine mission it is to free the triple Goddess within all woman who live in a society and a culture based off of fear and oppression. We are the Queens of the Heavenly Valley. We are the creators of this world; without woman, there would be no children or ancestral generations. We need to praise woman, not push them down. For those of you who are on a mission to spread the seeds of Light, Love and Truth to free the feminine aspect of God, this song is dedicated to you!

Pistis Sophia Lyrics:

Verse I:
She’s just a girl, born to this world.
Here to show you the way, to the stairs of Heaven’s Gate.
Will you deny her, when she see’s into your Soul.
Will you give false testimony, get sucked into the black hole.

Chorus:
When will you believe, that she comes in Peace.
In the flesh she is the Queen, of God’s Heavenly Valley.

Verse II:
As a little girl, kissed by the Dove.
Tormented by the devil, A seer very young.
In fear she ran away, from God’s Heavenly Grace.
But, Christ followed behind, Lighting up her Life.

(Chorus)

Verse III:
She prayed to Jesus Christ, to end Her lonely Life.
Instead He cast out her Demons, said you are here for a reason.
Child, remember who you are, You are Christ’s Shining Star.
On a mission my Dear, to save those Soul’s who will hear.

(Chorus) x2
